Well everyone, you only had to wait a few days to get this weeks addition of The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly. Once again, the Jets embarrassed themselves on national TV. Let's dive in shall we.

Great way to depict the Jets season.

The Good: As always, I feel obligated to do this section, but in all honesty, this week was easier than last.

1) Sam Darnold: To start off can we just talk about that TD run?!? What a play by the Franchise QB. He avoided the sack, found an open area, made a few Broncos defenders miss, & took it in for 7. WOW that was fun to watch. What impressed me even more though was Darnold's heart. He got body slammed to the MetLife turf on what should have been a personal foul & it seemed like his collarbone was broken. I honestly wanted to cry thinking about having to watch Joe Flacco QB for the rest of the year. Seeing Darnold job back out to get ready to go back in after only a few short minutes shows what this guy is all about. I won't even talk about the rest of his game, which I think he did all he could possibly do, Darnold just has heart & that's what I want from my QB

**Side Note: If the Broncos defender did that to Tom Brady, he would be thrown out of the league. These refs are pathetic & they need to apply the same rules to all the QB's in the league, not just some. Jerome Boger is an idiot & should not ref another NFL game. Okay I'm done.

2) Jamison Crowder: It was nice to see Jamison back in the slot. He finished the game with a 7-104 line & made a ton of big plays when the Jets needed him the most. Crowder is a very good WR that's been stuck on two horrific teams his entire career in the Jets & the Redskins. Imagine if he was on a team like the Chiefs? He'd be talked about all over. If he stays healthy for the rest of the year that'll give Darnold his always reliable WR in the slot. It'll also help out a few of my fantasy football teams I have him in, but I won't dive anymore into that.

3) Jeff Smith: Where did this guy come from? There was a lot of talk about him during camp but then he got hurt & missed the first three games. Well he had the opportunity tonight & he made the most of it. Smith used his speed & actually good route running to have a line of 7-81. Not bad for I believe his 2nd career NFL game. It be nice if the Jets could fine a diamond in the rough or two this season & Smith so far is looking like one of them.

4) Sam Ficken: He did his job & made FG's. That's all the credit I'm going to give a kicker.

Phenomenal headline by the Daily News

The Bad: This will be quick

1) Chris Herndon: Adam Gase has broken Chris Herndon. That drop in the 4th quarter was BRUTAL. It was right in his hands. Again, I expected big things out of Herndon this year & he has laid an absolute egg. Now I think his "Offensive Genius" of a head coach has A LOT to do with it, but Herndon still needs to make the plays when given the opportunity to do so.

2) Pierre Desir: I'll keep this one short & sweet. The only reason Desir isn't apart of the ugly section is because he had two INT's, one of which went for a TD. Other than that, he was constantly burnt like a bad piece of toast. That play where Jerry Jeudy Moss'd him was embarrassing. Plenty of my friends texted me after that asking how that could possibly happen, & my answer was simple, because it's the Jets.

Death, Taxes, Adam Gase making excuses

The Ugly: Where do I even begin

1)Adam Gase: Simple, HE SUCKS. You can tell he was playing not to make mistakes tonight by keeping it conservative & kick FG's rather than take a shot in the end zone. His red zone play calling was atrocious. The one series he went RB dive, RB dive, RB wheel route all featuring 37yr old Frank Gore. Are you kidding me? And again, Christopher Johnson had the audacity to say that this idiot has a "brilliant mind", HE SUCKS! I honestly can't keep doing this anymore with this pathetic loser. He needs to go.

2) Gregg Williams: This bum can join Gase on the unemployment line as well. I wasn't thrilled with the Williams hire when it first happened as I thought he was just a loud mouth who has one good year and then is bad the next. Well he has finally proven me right. His defense is horrible. If it wasn't for Adam Gase's complete incompetence as an NFL HC, Williams would be getting destroyed right now. His unit is undisciplined, can't tackle, & have zero clue what they're doing out there. Some think he'd be a good Interim HC if/when Gase gets fired but I think otherwise. Williams STINKS & he should be shown the door as well.

3) The Jets Defense: They honestly can't be serious. Between blown overages, missed tackles, & boneheaded penalties, this unit just finds new ways to look bad. Up until the last quarter they made Brett Rypien look like John Elway. There was no pressure & when they did get a little, there was a penalty. How many personal fouls are you going to get in a game? And yea, that reflects on the poor job Gregg Williams has done as the DC, but these guys need to step up as well. Most of them look like they don't even want to be out on the filed. The Melvin Gordon TD at the end, what a joke! I won't even talk about specific players because it be a waste of my time.

4) Joe Buck & Troy Aikman: Did Adam Gase pay them before this game? They spent the ENTIRE broadcast making excuses for Gase & being overly critical of Darnold. Aikman may have had one too many blows to the head in his playing days with the takes he was giving tonight. And not for nothing, it must have been nice for Aikman when he had Irvin to throw to, Smith to run the ball, & a OL that was a brick wall for him. I'd like to see him be productive with what Darnold has had this season. And Joe Buck, lord just when I was starting to like him after his Pardon My Take interviews, he acts like his old self. C'mon Buck, do better.

5) Peyton Manning: YOU DID THIS!

Jets Fans feel the same way Frank Gore, we feel the same way

Alright everyone, that's going to be it for this weeks edition of The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly. We now get 10 days off before we have to watch the Jets again. I'm writing this at 12:30AM so I'm hoping when my alarm goes off in a few hours & I open up Twitter, I see that Adam Gase finally got fired. If this game doesn't do it, then I fear that we are stuck with him for eternity. Alright Jets faithful, thanks for reading & remember......... #TakeFlight

FIRE THIS BUM!
