Ladies & Gentlemen, the Jets actually have a GM & his name is Joe Freakin' Douglas!

JD has been dealing with "Prez" Jamal Adams' antics since the October trade deadline & he has kept his cool throughout. Never once did he bash the Fake Leader or really make anything public. And while the crybaby Adams picked up his diva antics the past few weeks, JD sat quietly just doing his job. Even after Friday with that joke of an article by Manish Mehnta & some NFL analyst beginning to question if JD was in over his head, he remained quiet. And then out of nowhere what does JD do? HE TRADES JAMAL ADAMS FOR TWO 1ST, A 3RD, & BRADLEY MCDOUGALD!

"Jamal Adams, John Adams, Ansel Adams, I don't care, I'm getting a haul."

What an absolute haul by the Jets GM. Oh my lord did he fleeced the Seahawks with that deal. And to think, the Cowboys actually thought they could've landed Adams for Michael Gallup & a 3rd, what a joke! You know he did well when the NFL Analyst, former players, and the Twitter world think that he did an amazing job. And what makes it even better is that he's been talking to the Seahawks for two weeks without letting anything slip to the media.

Two 1st round picks, TWO! And I do not want to hear that they're going to be late 1sts, it's still a top 32 players & the Jets will have FOUR of them within the next two drafts. JD comes from the Ravens organization where they used late 1st's on players like Todd Heap, Micahel Oher, Jimmy Smith, Ed Reed, & man named Ray Lewis. I don't know about you, but those are some very decent players. And let's not forget about the player the Jets got back too. Bradley McDougald is a very solid safety who will be another nice new piece in Gregg Wiliiams defense.

The icing on the cake though was the statement JD made after the deal was finalized. I am not going to show it, I'm just going to translate it for you here: Jama Adams was a whiny fake leader & I just fleeced the Seahawks for picks that will help me build around my franchise QB. What a stone cold statement.

So not only did JD get rid of a huge locker room distraction in Jamal Adams, but this upcoming NFL Draft he has the following picks: 1,1,2,3,3,4,5,5,6,7. If that does not get you excited then check your pulse. What makes it even better is that the '21 class is similar to the '20 class where it is deep at both OT & WR. I don't know about you, but I wan't JD going either OT/WR again or flip it & go WR/OT. The focus still needs to be on surrounding Sam Darnold with weapons & protecting him at all costs. I have no issue sprinkiling in a few defensive picks here or there, but offense needs to come first. And yes, I am holding back from creating a '21 mock draft, but it's only a matter of time before I do.

So Jets fans, we finally have a competent GM that knows what he's doing. Lil' Wayne said it best, "Real G's move in silence like lasagna", and boy oh boy is Joe Douglas a G. The only thing that could make this better is if he fires Adam "Offensive Genius" Gase after this season, but we won't get into that. #TakeFlight
